Out of Hours Support Procedure

Silver Lining Fostering Agency provides 24/7 support to all approved foster carers.

For emergencies or urgent safeguarding concerns outside of office hours, on weekends or bank holidays please call our Out of Hours Support Line on:

If a child is in immediate danger, call 999.

Additional Guidance:

Inform your Supervising Social Worker at the earliest opportunity.

Record all incidents in accordance with the agency’s recording procedures.

Follow the agency’s safeguarding policy and guidance at all times.
