Making a Complaint
If you're not happy about something, you have the right to make a complaint. You can:
- • Talk to your foster carer or social worker
- • Contact Silver Lining Fostering directly
- • Ask for an independent advocate
- • Contact the local authority complaints team
- • Contact Ofsted if needed
If You're Worried
If you're worried about anything or feel unsafe, it's important to tell someone:
- • Call Childline: 0800 1111 (free and confidential)
- • Tell a trusted adult
- • Contact your social worker
- • Call 999 in an emergency
